Strategy 2 – Reconstruction
Before the outbreak of hostilities, the Ukrainian economy was not in an ideal position. With the help of its internal activity, the country allocated a budget for the development of infrastructures in various areas. Due to the conduct of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, numerous objects so important for the country’s economy (airports, roads, bridges, …) were destroyed. In addition to the state industry, private houses get damaged. The longer the military situation in the country continues, the more destruction there will be.
In order to get the country back on its feet, the state will inevitably undertake the initial restoration of state facilities, such as schools, hospitals, administrative buildings and road channels, before they have the opportunity to invest in the private sector. Therefore, our fund will be directed exclusively to the private sphere in order to accelerate the recovery of the country.
The second part of the strategy to help the Ukrainian people, concerning the reconstruction of houses, will be activated if the budget is at least 7 million dollars. Also, one of the main criteria for activating the second part of the strategy will be the stabilization of the situation in the country and the end of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.
Based on the information received from inside the country, it was decided to divide the second part of the strategy into three parts. Each part is chosen depending on the time of its implementation, the number of people it will affect and the required budget
Initial Reconstruction Assistance
- Focus on minimal renovation of buildings to make them livable
- Focus only on the main residence and only on a private house or apartment
- Prioritize minor damage (broken windows , broken doors, etc.)
- The purpose of the stage is to help more people at a lower cost.
Second phase of reconstruction assistance:
- Focus on larger building renovations to make them livable
- Focus only on the main residence and only on a private house or apartment
- Damage that requires the intervention of a specialist for their analysis
- Medium destruction : Roofs, Non bearing walls
Third phase of reconstruction assistance:
- Focus on large-scale renovation of buildings to make them livable
- Focus only on the main residence and only on a private house or apartment
- Damage requiring expert intervention for damage analysis
- Large destruction: Foundation, Bearing walls, Complete destruction
The task of the board of directors, as in the first part, will be to negotiate with companies directly within the country on the supply of materials and the implementation of work.
Additional costs are also taken into account for the implementation of the second part of the strategy:
– For trusted team members who will travel around the country, analyzing the damage and requests of citizens
– For the conclusion of contracts with local manufacturers and experts for the implementation of work
– To check the correct implementation of work and respect of the deadlines
We already have trusted people in the country who are ideal for the implementation of the second part. Many of whom are real estate experts and have many contacts with various institutions in this field in different cities of Ukraine.
When the fund reaches 7 million, and if hostilities continue, it was decided to invest this amount in a stable cryptocurrency until the end of the war to passively replenish the fund and increase our capacity to help
